By day Sarah is a psychology professor at a small liberal arts college in North Carolina. She has a BA in psychology from Wesleyan University, and a PhD in experimental psychology from Tufts University. She’s written academic journal articles and several pseudonymous essays (as Esther Davis) for The Chronicle of Higher Education, but this is her first novel. In her spare time, she likes to garden, bake, explore new places, and fantasize about her next trip to England.
